Malaysia designates Fuad A Kiram as terrorist

PUTRAJAYA, April 11 — One of the claimants from the Sulu group known as Fuad A Kiram has been classified as a terrorist, said the director-general of the Legal Affairs Division (BHEU) of the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Seri Khairul Dzaimee Daud.
